What began in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, purchasing and remodeling foreclosed homes, quickly grew into a respected luxury homebuilding company known for its dedication to quality and customer service. Over the years, CJM has evolved into a name synonymous with trust, integrity, and exceptional design.

As a true family business, the Browns have passed this passion on to the next generation. Today, Christopher and Joseph lead our northern division in Asheville, North Carolina, bringing the same commitment to excellence that has defined CJM in South Florida.
